The Fourteenth Ten Commandments

I included one song here that's not "black", simply because I promised it last time.
The original Fancy from Bobbie Gentry. "Just plain white trash"...
Here's a (playbacked) performance of the song.

Her life story is a bit of a mystery,
but she made some "darn" good music!
Think I'm gonna post some more of her great songs in the future.
For the other 9 songs, what can I say? I had a "black" feeling today,
full of soul, blues, funk and all that jazz.
Enjoy:
1. Allen Toussaint - From A Whisper To A Scream (3:32)
2. Andre Williams - Only Black Man In South Dakota (3:28)
3. Bobbie Gentry - Fancy (4:15)
4. Carlos Garnett - Taurus Woman (12:14)
5. Charlie Musselwhite - Harlem Nocturne (2:23)
6. Harlem Underground - Smokin Cheeba Cheeba (7:36)
7. Impressions - Stop The War (6:25)
8. Maceo Parker - The Soul Of A Black Man (10:33)
9. Sarah Webster Fabio - Juju For Grandma (5:38)
10. Terry Callier - You Goin' Miss Your Candyman (7:16)
