R.I.P. Lou Reed.
Though not the greatest fan, Lou Reed did permanently leave his mark on my musical life. 'White Light-White Heat' was unlike anything I had ever heard and prepared me for Punk. And my first listening of 'Berlin' remains one of the most emotionally affecting musical moments of my life. For this alone I am eternally grateful. Thank you, Lou Reed.

Can't help but drop a hint: Lou Reed said that the Cowboy Junkies cover of Sweet Jane was the best he had heard.
